For digital cases, send scans and instructions directly to case@clikdental.ca or use your supported scanner workflow.

Scan
Capture clean upper, lower and bite data. Include the full working area and appliance landmarks.

Submit
Upload STL/PLY/OBJ files with case notes below, or send through your scanner portal.

Review
CLIK reviews the files and follows up if additional records or clarification are needed.

Fabricate
Digital model preparation and appliance production proceed according to the prescription.

Send your digital case directly to CLIK.
Submit the prescription and small supporting files through the secure website form. New submissions appear in the Netlify Forms dashboard and can notify case@clikdental.ca.

Patient privacy: use a case ID or initials whenever possible. Remove full patient names, DOB, health-card numbers and other unnecessary direct identifiers from filenames, notes and exports before uploading.
